We are finally getting some tan!
We’ve spent several days in the sun with no sun block and have had no inkling of colour whatsoever – our skin must be used to New Zealand sunshine.
Today we caught the Flixbus from Berlin to Hamburg.
The seats were a bit small for DJ, but he still managed to sleep!

Slow start to the trip
We rested most of the afternoon, before venturing to find dinner. We couldn’t not have hamburgers on Hamburger Street in Hamburg, right?
We also found a supermarket and a huge mall just down the road from our apartment, which was really handy.
Isaac arrived at the apartment around 10:30pm, which naturally meant a late night for us.
Looking forward to exploring inner Hamburg tomorrow.
